Strategic Planning.
Reasons to reinstate funding for s27 cultural reports based on a codified system.
- Lin
By the year 2026 our agency is planning a strategic move for Māori and Pasifika who have found themselves to be living a hostile life that involves repeat offending for family harm or violent charges.
These new innovative ideas have been long decided for in the history of Early Childhood in Aotearoa archives. An emphasis placed on the origins of culture within the doctrine of Te Whariki and Māori living within a British colony.
How this has affected Māori in terms of behavior issues, criminal offenses, anger and violence and participating in gang affiliation of another culture.
Has way of Maoridom become ferly vast, something of past tense and non-associated with the British colony that represents itself for New Zealand today?
Colonisation at its finest, a place that was once a meeting grounds for all decisions by way of powhiri, whaikoreo, utu and noa are not entirely found throughout the decisions for Māori today. Particularly in the way of corretion where restoring mana concepts are left inside in a court of law or ineffective.

Positioning Analysis
Te Ahurei Ora have created the very first strategically known link to the 'commission' of the offense as per s27 Sentencing Act 2002.
This is our proposal to the Government to have funding re-established by using methods to codify a cultural report against the effects of child abuse.
Our information is derived from years of research collaboration of New Zealand's leading authors, specialists and theorists of child development. In conjunction with and based upon Tikanga Māori - Te Whariki and the implentation of way of Maori Mana Motuhake for historical teachings protected by Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
These fundamentals are threaded through the cultural reports and depict an absence of capacity in dealing with distress for persons exposed to trauma as an infant or child.
